Terms for using Exia Bio services.

These Terms explain what you are buying, how Exia Bio delivers dashboard-based biomarker intelligence, and the boundaries of our non-diagnostic service.

Please read these Terms together with the Privacy & Data Protection Notice before purchasing, uploading reports, completing the intake form, or using an Exia Bio dashboard.

Important: These Terms are drafted for Exia Bio’s launch phase and should be reviewed by a qualified Singapore legal professional before heavy paid acquisition, corporate partnerships, or scale-up.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing the website, purchasing a product, submitting an intake form, uploading a report, or using an Exia Bio dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or use Exia Bio services.

About Exia Bio

  • Exia Bio Pte. Ltd. provides analytical intelligence, biomarker education, dashboard-based performance-friction mapping, missing-marker gap analysis, and related wellness information.
  • Exia Bio does not operate as a medical clinic, diagnostic laboratory, telemedicine provider, or emergency healthcare service.

Eligibility and 18+ Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Exia Bio services.
  • You must provide accurate information during purchase, intake, report upload, and support interactions.
  • You may not submit another person’s blood report, personal data, or biomarker data unless you are legally authorized to do so and have obtained all necessary consent.

Services and Product Packages

  • Exia Bio products may include Snapshot $99, Deep Map $199, Signal Unlock $399, Baseline $499, and Apex $699.
  • Product names, prices, features, biomarker coverage, and package structure may change over time.
  • Corporate, employer, institutional, or partnership arrangements are not governed by these consumer Terms unless expressly stated. They require a separate written agreement.

Uploaded Reports and Data Accuracy

  • You are responsible for uploading a complete, legible, accurate, and relevant screening report where a product requires report upload.
  • Reports issued within the last 6 months are recommended for stronger confidence.
  • Older reports may be accepted if you consent to lower-confidence interpretation.
  • Reports missing Tier 1 or other useful biomarkers may still be processed, but affected dashboard sections may be limited or lower-confidence.
  • If your report is blurry, incomplete, outdated, incorrectly labelled, or missing relevant markers, the dashboard output may be limited.

Payment, Pricing, and Taxes

  • Payment is required before processing begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment may be handled through a third-party payment processor. Exia Bio does not control every aspect of third-party payment systems.
  • Prices may be displayed in Singapore dollars or another stated currency. Taxes, payment fees, or other charges may apply where relevant.
  • Payment confirmation does not guarantee that every uploaded report will contain sufficient data for high-confidence interpretation.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds may be considered only before processing starts.
  • Once you submit the intake form and Exia Bio begins report extraction, review, blood-draw coordination, dashboard generation, or manual QC, fees are generally non-refundable.
  • No refund is provided after dashboard release.
  • If an uploaded report is unreadable or unsuitable, Exia Bio may request a replacement report.
  • If no suitable report is provided within a reasonable period, Exia Bio may issue credit, partial refund, or other resolution at its discretion.
  • Blood draw products may have additional restrictions once appointment coordination, laboratory work, or medic-assisted collection has begun.

Dashboard Access

  • Exia Bio provides dashboard-based outputs and does not guarantee provision of PDF reports.
  • The dashboard is designed to support longitudinal tracking, future updates, continuous improvement, and progression monitoring.
  • Dashboard release is usually within 72 hours after successful payment, intake completion, and usable report submission, but turnaround times are estimates.
  • Turnaround may vary due to manual QC, incomplete uploads, technical review, blood-draw logistics, or high-volume periods.
  • Dashboard access may remain available while your account or dashboard remains active, subject to technical, security, operational, or policy limitations.

No Medical Advice

  • Exia Bio does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency medical support, prescription services, or supplement prescription.
  • Dashboard outputs are educational and informational only.
  • Exia Bio services are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed doctor, dietitian, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
  • Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information provided by Exia Bio.

Safety Flags and Clinical Review

  • Where biomarker values appear clinically significant, the dashboard may suggest that you seek review from a licensed healthcare professional.
  • Such safety flags do not constitute diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment recommendation.
  • If you experience urgent symptoms or believe you may have a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention or contact emergency services.

Intellectual Property

  • Exia Bio owns or licenses the website, dashboard design, software, analytical logic, written content, visual design, product names, frameworks, and related intellectual property.
  • You may use dashboard outputs for personal, non-commercial reference only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, reproduce, or publicly distribute Exia Bio dashboards, logic, reports, or content without written permission.

Acceptable Use

  • You must not misuse the website, dashboard, intake form, upload system, or support channels.
  • You must not submit fraudulent, malicious, illegal, offensive, or unauthorized content.
  • You must not attempt to access another user’s account, dashboard, reports, or personal data.
  • Exia Bio may suspend or restrict access where misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

Third-Party Services

  • Exia Bio may use third-party processors for payment, cloud infrastructure, document extraction, dashboard hosting, email, analytics, security, and support operations.
  • Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
  • Exia Bio is not responsible for failures or delays caused by third-party systems outside its reasonable control.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Use of Exia Bio services is also governed by the Privacy & Data Protection Notice.
  • By using Exia Bio services, you acknowledge that personal data, uploaded reports, biomarker data, pathway selections, and dashboard records may be collected and processed as described in the Privacy & Data Protection Notice.
  • For privacy requests, contact the Data Protection Officer using the contact details provided on the Privacy page.

Service Availability and Changes

  • Exia Bio may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, dashboard, product structure, features, or services.
  • Exia Bio aims to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Maintenance, technical issues, cloud outages, security events, or operational changes may affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exia Bio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from use of the services.
  • Exia Bio is not liable for decisions you make based on dashboard outputs without consulting appropriate professionals.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to Terms

  • Exia Bio may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Updated Terms may be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
  • Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
  • Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or Exia Bio services shall be subject to the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
